Divert incoming calls

How to divert your incoming calls to another number

Manage the call diversion settings for individual or all numbers associated to this VoIP account. Please note that it is not possible to forward calls international, premium or internal extension numbers.

First log into your control panel (you can use your mobile phone/ipad for this).

Select Telecoms -> VoIP -> select the Wrench (on the right) beside the relevant account.

Then select the ‘Call Diversion‘ icon.

Enter the number you wish the divert to go to and enable it.

Select ‘Update‘ and away you go. Might be worth trying it out to make sure it diverts as required.

Dont forget when you are finished, to set it back.
