Feature Dial Codes

*11 Enable
*12 Disable

Instructions

  1. Hot desking is possible from any authorized handset on this account.
  2. To enable it, dial *11.
  3. Listen to the message and enter your assigned hot desk ID and hot desk PIN.
  4. Once successfully entered you are now logged into that phone and calls to your extension will reach you.
  5. To disable it, dial *12.
*72 Enable
*73 Disable
*56 Update

Instructions

  1. Manage call forwarding for your user.
  2. To enable it, dial *72.
  3. Listen to the message and enter the number you would like to forward calls to.
  4. To update the forward number, dial *56.
  5. To disable it, dial *73.
*3 Park and retrieve
*4 Valet
*5 Retrieve

Instructions

  1. To park an outgoing inbound call, press Transfer and dial *3 followed by the parking spot number.
  2. The parking spot number is a three digit code to park calls and be able to retrieve it later on (usually starting from 101).
  3. To use valet parking, place an attended transfer on your phone to *4. This is normally done by placing the current caller on hold, dialing *4 and listening to the message to get the parking spot number.
  4. After parking the call, you can hang up your device.
  5. To retrieve the call, any user can dial *3 or *5 followed by the selected parking spot number.

Instructions

  1. Check voicemail box for any extension number or a logged user in the device.
  2. To check any voicemail box, dial *97.
  3. Listen to the message and enter the voicemail extension and PIN code. If the PIN code is not set up in the voicemail, it will not be possible to check the voicemail messages from this feature code.
  4. If your user is logged into a device and you want to check the user’s voicemail box, dial *98 or 1571.
*1 Start recording
*2 End recording

Instructions

  1. The VoIP User must have call recording facilities enabled.
  2. Make a call.
  3. To disable call recording temporarily, dial *2.
  4. To re-enable recording, dial *1.
*67 Privacy

Instructions

  1. To enable caller name and number privacy for outbound calls, dial *67 followed by the phone number you are calling.
  2. Your call will be presented to the end user as ‘Private Number’.
** Direct to voicemail

Instructions

  1. To go directly to the voicemail box for outbound calls, dial ** followed by the phone number you are calling.
  2. To call won’t ring the end user’s phone and go straight to the voicemail.

Instructions

  1. If another extension is ringing, and you need to pick up the call on another device, dial *87 followed by the extension number which is ringing.
*88

Instructions

  1. If another extension from a user in your group is ringing, and you need to pick up the call on another device, dial *88 and the call will be answered.

Instructions

  1. If you answer a call on one of your associated devices, and now wish to transfer the caller to another associated device, start by placing them on hold.
  2. From your other device (which must be associated to your user account) dial 6683 and the call will be taken off hold and transferred.

Instructions

  1. 1471 tells you the last number that called when available.
  2. If the last number is available, you can return the call by pressing ‘3’.
